Xavier Derouck

Xavier Derouck is Global Sourcing Senior Manager in charge of Single-Use Systems for GSK Vaccines. Xavier is also Subject Matter Expert for Suppliers Relationship Management. He has over 15 years’ experience in the procurement and supply chain, covering the automotive, chemical and pharma industry. Before he joined GSK, Xavier was Procurement Site Manager for the Baxter Medical Products major manufacturing site in EMEA. In his current function, he is globally responsible for the purchase of all Single Use Systems within GSK Vaccines. His mission is to contribute and address the key challenges of the Single Use Systems in order to support their broadest use in the Bio industry. As subject matter expert for GSK Vaccines, he is also in charge of deploying the Supplier Relationship Management program to create value beyond price.

Xavier obtained his Post-graduate diploma of Trilingual negotiator in international trade from the University of Valenciennes (France). He has been a teacher for Procurement, Risk management and Quality in International Business Schools.
