Dr. Wang is currently an ARC DECRA Fellow at Australian Institute for Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (AIBN), the University of Queensland. I completed my PhD degree at Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science in 2009. After graduation, I took up a postdoctoral position in Purdue University, working in Bindely Bioscience Center on the project of Nanobiotechnology. After working in Purdue University for 22 months, I was awarded a prestigious Alexander von Humboldt fellowship (AvH) and worked at University of Osnabrücker in Germany for 2 years. Following my AvH fellowship, I got an individual grant support from German Research Foundation (DFG), working in University of Duisburg-Essen on the topic of multiplexed cytokines detection with plasmonic nanostructures before I commence my ACR DECRA fellowship.
