Cancellation & Refund policy

If eMedEvents cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. However, If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then he/she is eligible for a full refund if he/she applies before 60 days of the commencement of the event. If the registrant cancels registration within 60-30 days of the commencement of the event, then he/she is eligible for a 50 % refund. No refund on registration fees is applicable upon cancellation within 30 days of the commencement of the conference.

  • Registration: In order to attend the conference, participants are required to register and pay a registration fee.
  • Liability: eMedEvents is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property or injury that may occur during the conference.
  • Intellectual property: Participants are not allowed to record or reproduce any part of the conference proceedings without the written consent of the eMedEvents.
  • Code of conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally and with respect towards other attendees and organizers.
  • Program changes: eMedEvents may make changes to the conference program, such as adding or removing speakers or sessions, without prior notice.
  • Privacy policy: eMedEvents may collect and use personal information provided by participants for the purposes of organizing the conference and may share it with third parties, with prior permission from the attendees.
